How do I work out my calves, glutes, hamstrings, and quads? I want to get faster at running the 50m sprint, and I've heard that I should train my calves, glutes, hamstrings, and quads but I don't know how to get them strong. I would like to know the ways to get them strong without using any pills or equipments (like sit-ups, which doesn't require any materials). Thanks.

How do you use your glutes and not hip flexor? at my dance class on saturday we spent the whole time working on using our butt & thigh muscles and not hip flexors, since thats how your supposed to do. i thought i was doing well, but the next day i could really feel it... only in the hip flexors. does anyone have any advice on how to focus in on using the glutes and NOT the flexors- like exercises or things to imagine? because when i tighten my legs and glutes etc i can't NOT tighten the hip flexors as well. its a problem.
