What are the best thigh exercises. (Although i know fat is lost everywhere not just in one spot)?

I am 13 and i know that average girls at that age have thick thighs especially if you play a lot of sports. i have a lot of muscle in my thigh but still lots of baby fat. (well not lots but quite enough). ha ha. i would do anything daily to get them slimmed down.. any requests on daily exercises?

  1. Ride your bicycle with straps. Pushing down AND lifting up will tone your leg in general strength areas. Squats are good as well.
