Whats the best way to start bodybuilding?

I am 13 years old and I really want to start bodybuilding. Its been a big dream of mine to have muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Because of my age, what is the best way to start training? Thankyou!

  1. you can just start eating more and more protein. and strt lifting weights. make sure you still get veggis and stuff in tho. the best weight to build muscle is extra extra protein, and weight lifting
  2. go on a HEALTHY diet and go joggging for about 30 min
  3. focus on moving pounds on compound exercises... squat deadlift bench press rows or power cleans search for Rippetoe's Starting Strength... its awesome add dips and pull-ups dont bother doing 7 different exercises for biceps, forearms and all that because the mass aint there so its a waste of time and theyre gonna grow plenty from those exercises.
  4. Creatine, 200 grams of protein per day, and alot of lean carbs. Be careful not to get too big too fast...i do bulk cycles then cut cycles, trying to build about 20 lbs of lean muscle per yr....it takes several years to get big but its the best strategy
  5. Lift weights using different techniques and lifts to work the different muscles such as bench press, towel bench, box squat, power clean, push press and many more. Start a diet. create a schedual doing different lifts so you dont over work your muscles. But if you dont have access to weights do push ups,sit ups, runnig, jumping and or jump rope pull ups, squat thrusts, and more. its not as effective without the weights but it will help you get stronger and faster. while doing all this drink water because not just your muscles need oxygen and water your whole body does. just be sure not to drink to much but make sure you drink enough to stay hydrated and healthy. just realize this isnt going to happen overnight it sometimes takes years to get into that kind of shape. but once you get into that shape its easier to regain that muscle if you stop because muscle seems to remember and is way easier to build back.
  6. you are about to start bodybuilding don't think about creating or protein already. How to start its depends on your current body stats. if you are slim go to gym train for 15 day and then try to lift as much havy as possible with 12 to 15 reps
  7. First of all, despite what anybody says, chicks don't dig that. Secondly, uh, you buy a weight set or go to the gym... easy stuff. Oh, and you should probably eat meat and wheat (like rhymes).
  8. At your age I would start out using bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, pullups, dips, etc. Get good and strong on these before you move onto lifting weights.
